A major Korean law firm contacted MOLITOR to assist a Korean company specialised in app-based hotel bookings business, in a strategic investment into a budget network start-up. MOLITOR acted as Luxembourg counsel for the legal due diligence, and the negotiation of investment documents which were all governed by Luxembourg law, and as coordinator of legal due diligence in 4 South East Asian jurisdictions.
