Luxembourg, 30 March 2016 – MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour announces the arrival of Philippe Thiebaud to its Corporate & M&A and Litigation practices.

Philippe joins MOLITOR from Allen & Overy, as a counsel. He has a long-standing record of advising local and international clients on a wide range of corporate, M&A and private equity matters. “Philippe will bring comprehensive experience to the firm’s already successful Corporate & M&A practice”, commented Michel Molitor, Managing Partner. “His recruitment marks the continuation of MOLITOR’s recent growth and Philippe will strengthen our ability to handle the increasing activity of our corporate, M&A, private equity and litigation practices.

Philippe is Avocat à la Cour and he is also admitted to the Paris Bar. He has more than 10 years of experience, following his law degree from the University Panthéon-Assas in Paris and a PhD in Private Law from the same university.
