In unserem Newsletter vom 8. Februar 2018[1] haben wir das Fortschreiten der Parlamentsdebatten zu dem Gesetzesentwurf Nr. 7086, welcher diverse Vorschriften des Arbeitsgesetzbuches abändert, beschrieben. Der besagte Gesetztesentwurf wurde nun schlussendlich von der Abgeordnetenkammer (Chambre des Députés) verabschiedet und darauffolgend am 11. April 2018 im Mémorial A unter Nr. 242 veröffentlicht.
