The revised Covid law of 17 July 2020 voted for by the Luxembourg Chamber on 18 October 2021 provides new measures for employers, such as the possibility to opt for the application of a CovidCheck system at the workplace.
In addition, prior to the autumn vacation period, the Luxembourg data protection authority released its guidance on the implementation of CovidCheck at work and its consequences in terms of data protection.
