MOLITOR acted as Luxembourg counsel of a Korean asset manager of a Korean fund funded by a Korean leading securities firm, for the Luxembourg aspects of an acquisition of 14 French solar projects by acquiring the majority stake in a German company, holding 13 French entities from the real estate arm of a US private equity firm. MOLITOR assisted the asset manager in setting up the Luxembourg holding vehicle, preparation and negotiation of the Luxembourg aspects of the acquisition and financing documents.
