After being appointed a lead advisor to this client in relation to their SIF at which time our legal assistance included advice in relation to any changes concerning the investment fund (prospectus, articles of association), contact with the supervisory authorities if requested by client, MOLITOR were then requested to set up a new sub-fund and implement changes in an existing fund.
