Philippe has a long-standing record of advising local and international clients on a wide range of corporate, M&A and private equity matters and he will continue his practice in the areas of Corporate & M&A and Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Philippe is Avocat à la Cour and he is also admitted to the Paris Bar. He has more than 11 years of experience, following on from his law degree and a PhD in Private Law both from the University Panthéon-Assas in Paris.
