Martina Huppertz focuses on Banking & Finance issues and she has considerable experience in Investment Funds. Martina advises local and international clients from various sectors on regulatory, governance and transactional matters. Martina also heads the firm’s German Desk working closely with top German law firms and providing advice to German clients who have business interests in Luxembourg. Prior to joining MOLITOR, Martina worked for several years in Luxembourg’s investment fund industry.

Martina graduated from the University in Bonn, Germany. She is a German Lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) and Avocat List IV. Martina is a member of the International Bar Association as well as the Luxembourg Investment Fund Industry Association (ALFI).
