MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour is delighted to announce five promotions across its practice teams

Claire Denoual, 31, Avocat à la Cour, has been promoted to Senior Associate. She holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the Centre d’Etude Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle CEIPI, Strasbourg, France and a Master’s in Business Law from the University Robert Schuman, Strasbourg, France. Claire joined the firm in 2012 and specialises in Intellectual Property, IT and Media. She has six years of experience in advising local and foreign clients on various intellectual property matters.

Federico Venturini, 37, Avocat, has been promoted to Senior Associate. Federico holds a law degree (Master in Law - LAUREA) from the University of Genoa, Italy. He specialises in Banking & Finance and Corporate & M&A and advises local and international clients from various sectors on a broad range of Corporate, Banking and Finance law and regulatory issues. Federico joined MOLITOR in 2014.

Stéphane Decker, 27, Avocat, has been promoted to Associate. Stéphane is a graduate of the University Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne, France and he holds an LL.M in European Banking and Finance Law from the University of Luxembourg. He joined MOLITOR in 2013 and specialises in Dispute Resolution & Litigation and Banking & Finance law.

Antoine Reillier, 27, admitted to the Paris Bar, has been promoted to Associate. He is a graduate of the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas in European Comparative Law (Master 2) and holds an MS in Business Law and International Management from the ESCP Europe, Paris. He joined MOLITOR in 2014 and specialises in Dispute Resolution & Litigation and Corporate Law.

Stefano Tesone, 31, Avocat, has been promoted to Associate. He is a graduate of the University of Paris-Sud, XI, France in International Business Law and he holds an LL.M in International and Comparative Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London, UK. His practice includes Dispute Resolution & Litigation, Real Estate and Commercial law. Stefano joined MOLITOR in 2014.
