Lucie joined MOLITOR in March 2024 and works in the Corporate & M&A practice group. She assists domestic and international clients with corporate and M&A transactions, including cross-border restructuring, intragroup reorganization, and share and asset deals. She also works on private equity matters and assists companies with corporate documentation and formalities such as business licences. In addition, Lucie assists non-profit organisations and foundations, in particular in relation to their compliance with legal requirements.
Lucie studied law at UCLouvain (Belgium) and holds a Master’s degree with a focus on corporate law, as well as options in intellectual property and digital law, and international business law. She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar (List II) since June 2025.
