The Real Estate, Construction & Urban Planning Team at MOLITOR has been involved in many major real estate projects in Luxembourg in recent years.
It assists real estate investors, asset and property managers, developers and operators of commercial property business, owners (private individuals and corporate entities) of lands and properties as well as public authorities with leasing (commercial, office and residential), purchase and sale of land and real estate properties, construction matters, legal environmental requirements, urban development, administrative permits and licenses and joint ownership property.
The team drafts and negotiates contracts and required documentation related to all kinds of real estate transactions, performs due diligence and issues vendor and buyer reports, advises clients on all applicable laws and regulations and assists them at any stage of the litigation process if necessary.
