Thomas is a highly experienced employment lawyer who provides invaluable advice to local and international clients on all aspects of employment, pensions and immigration laws.
His experience is vast and varied, encompassing a wide range of matters. He has successfully handled disputed redundancies, negotiated terminations, harassment investigations, due diligences, remuneration and termination packages, international mobility, collective bargaining agreements negotiations, relationships with staff delegations, and matters related to transfer of undertaking and social plans.
Thomas also has several years of experience in litigation, including commercial disputes in front of national and international courts, as well as in corporate law.
Prior to joining MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour, Thomas worked for several well-known international law firms in Luxembourg.
