François is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and Vice-President and board member of the China-Luxembourg Chambers of Commerce a.s.b.l.. He is also an active member of the INTERLAW international network of independent law firms and Chair of the INTERLAW CARE impact Fund. In 2022, François was appointed by the Minister of Justice of Luxembourg as a co-teacher for the Trainees of the Bar of Luxembourg in charge of deeds of proceedings.

EXPERTISE

François is a specialist in all areas of litigation with an in-depth expertise in commercial litigation. His diverse practice includes insurance law, contract law, debt recovery, real estate and construction law, and insolvency & restructuring. After a long experience obtained as a receiver in bankruptcy, he is now frequently appointed by the district court of Luxembourg as a receiver of unclaimed estates and non-commercial associations.

François has also a deep knowledge and experience in employment law, including contracts and service agreements and internal regulations. He also regularly assists clients in contentious issues relating to Succession and Insurance matters with a particular focus to prevent litigation.

Before joining MOLITOR in 2014, he worked for 18 years with established law firms in Luxembourg.
