Catherine Delsaux Schoy has developed a deep expertise, both transactional and before Courts, in advising and representing individuals and companies operating in various sectors and belonging or not to multinational groups. If she practices litigation in broad sense (e.g. lease, bank and commercial litigations), she specializes in employment and social security matters: she deals with various issues related to managing and resolving employment issues, such as employment contracts, termination of employment contracts including collective dismissals (social plan), settlement negotiations and agreements, collective bargaining agreements, affiliation/disaffiliation with the social security regime, pension rights and other social security rights, advice on managing employment in case of financial difficulties.

Prior to joining MOLITOR, she worked for more than 10 years at two other Luxembourg law firms and for 5 years as senior associate, where she also specialised in employment law and social security law.
