Jude has notably contributed to several in-depth legal analyses relating to civil, criminal, and professional liability, as well as data protection. His work included assessing the legal implications of inaccurate information integrated into digital records and analyzing the compliance of safeguards, as well as technical and organizational measures governing access to digital platforms and information systems.
Prior to joining MOLITOR, Jude worked as an analyst within the Forensic & Financial Crime department of a Big Four firm, where he developed expertise in risk analysis, compliance, and regulatory investigations.
