Soufien holds a Master’s degree in Business Law, specialising in Tax Law, from the University of Lille, alongside a Master’s degree in Finance & Wealth Management from IAE Lille.

Soufien acted as a Transfer Pricing Consultant in one of the Big Four in Luxembourg, where he assisted clients with transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and transfer pricing audits. He also gained experience in corporate and tax law through various positions in legal advisory firms, advising on corporate restructurings, real estate investment structures, and tax matters.
