Raphael is a Senior Associate in our Corporate and M&A practice.

He has in depth experience advising clients on local and cross-border corporate matters, including mergers, demergers and acquisitions in particular in local and cross-border real estate, joint ventures, co-investments, corporate governance, and restructurings, with a particular focus on private capital clients.

His practice covers the entire investment cycle, including structuring, establishing, and managing Luxembourg investment platforms, as well as advising on acquisitions and disposals, fundraising, joint ventures, management incentive schemes, and liquidations.

Before joining MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour in June 2025, Raphael spent almost a decade at magic circle law firms in Luxembourg and Brussels.

His recent experience prior to joining our firm includes advising:

• Major US, Swiss and European private capital houses on their indirect acquisitions, joint ventures, structuring, and incentive plans, with a focus on real estate transactions;
• Luxembourg fund on the acquisition of Zalando’s Berlin headquarters;
• A multinational energy and petrochemical company on the EUR5bn sale of 25% of its upstream business (E&P Exploration & Production) worldwide;
• A private equity sponsor on its takeover of an Italian football club; and
• A shopping platform and e-commerce company on its Warsaw IPO.
