Luxi is an active member of the Association of Chinese Lawyers in Europe (ACLE).
Luxi advises international and domestic companies on all aspects of corporate transactions including structuring of Luxembourg vehicles, corporate restructuring, acquisition of companies (share deals and asset deals), equity investments and joint ventures. Luxi coordinates and performs due diligence and drafts due diligence reports for both sellers and buyers of companies as well as drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
Before joining MOLITOR, she gained valuable experience working in Paris and in another renowned law firm in Luxembourg.
On 1 February 2023, the law of 28 October 2022 creating the administrative dissolution procedure without liquidation, published on 4 November 2022 in the Official Journal, came into effect.
