Eva is Counsel in the Corporate & M&A practice group. She has significant experience in M&A and corporate restructuring transactions, including national and cross-border transactions, due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation and post-closing matters. She also advises on private equity transactions and assists clients with financing matters, including the review of loan agreements, security documents and related corporate approvals.

Eva joined MOLITOR after several years with a leading Luxembourg law firm, where she worked in the corporate, banking and finance department. She also gained international experience in New York, where she worked in a leading international law firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity team on U.S. domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. In addition, Eva has acted as a trainer at the Luxembourg Institute of Governance, delivering courses on Luxembourg corporate law and shareholder meetings.
