Eva is Counsel in the Corporate & M&A practice group. Eva advises domestic and international clients on Luxembourg corporate law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory matters. She regularly assists private equity sponsors, investment platforms, multinational groups and institutional investors on the Luxembourg aspects of complex cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and corporate governance matters.

Eva joined MOLITOR after several years with a leading, independent Luxembourg law firm, where she worked in the Corporate, Banking and Finance department. She also gained international experience in New York, where she worked in a leading international law firm’s M&A and Private Equity team on U.S. domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
