Her areas of expertise include corporate law, company restructuring and private equity transactions. She represents companies and private investors in national and international transactions.
She has extensive experience in general corporate matters, offering continuous support on all legal aspects of daily business operations. She also oversees the legal affairs and corporate governance of various holding companies and small to medium-sized enterprises.
Cécile also has experience in commercial and corporate litigation, including shareholder disputes (both pre-litigation and in-court), directors’ liabilities, acquisition-related litigation, enforcement proceedings, and debt recovery.
