Junior Associate Lawyer – Tax and Estate Planning (Luxembourg)

Your mission

Assisting our clients in a wide range of tax-related matters and most notably:

  • Working closely with your team, you will assist and advise local and international clients (both corporate and individuals) on a wide range of tax matters (corporate tax, individual tax, inheritance tax, etc.);
  • You will be involved in tax pre-litigation and judicial litigation matters;
  • You will ensure ongoing legal monitoring and follow-up;
  • You will contribute to legal publications and participate to conferences in your field of expertise.

You will primarily be advising our clients on the above matters but you will also assist other departments of the firm regarding tax-related matters.

Your profile

  • You hold a Master’s degree in law, preferably with a specialization in Tax Law;
  • You have completed the Cours complémentaires en droit luxembourgeois (CCDL) or you are in the process of doing so, with the aim to be fully qualified at the Luxembourg Bar;
  • You have up to two years of experience in a Tax practice, preferably with a Luxembourg based law firm;
  • You have excellent interpersonal communications skills;
  • You have good communication and drafting skills;
  • You are fluent in French, and proficiency in English is a must. Any additional language skills will be considered as an asset;
  • You are a team player,
  • You are curious and solution oriented.
