Associate Lawyer – Corporate Law (Luxembourg)

Your mission

You will assist our domestic and international clients, including leading businesses, private capital clients and institutional investors, in different aspects of corporate law matters, including with respect to the following:

  • Mergers and acquisitions, including asset/share deals
  • Joint ventures
  • Management incentive plans
  • Acquisition structuring
  • Restructuring transactions
  • Corporate governance matters
  • Strategic advice on pre-litigation situations

You will also assist other departments of the firm from time to time in cross-practice matters and work on cross-border matters alongside other foreign leading local or international law firms.

Your profile

  • A master’s degree in law (or similar degree), an LL.M. from a reputable university in the UK or USA is an advantage;
  • At least 2/3 years of experience in Corporate and M&A in reputable law firm(s), advising and representing clients (transactional and advisory) and drafting and negotiating transactional documents. Experience working for private capital clients is a plus;
  • Outstanding legal and analytical skills;
  • An excellent command (written and spoken) of English and French;
  • Ability to work in teams as well as autonomously;
  • Team player and client oriented.
