Sami is a Senior Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.
He focuses on complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes, representing clients before all Luxembourg courts, including the Justice of the Peace, the District Court, and the Court of Appeal. His practice covers a wide range of contentious matters, including commercial, corporate, and tax litigation, as well as insolvency, enforcement, and emergency proceedings. Sami is also actively involved in international arbitration, where he assists clients with cross-border disputes, procedural strategy, and coordination with foreign counsel.
Prior to joining MOLITOR Avocats à la Cour, he worked at leading Luxembourg law firms, where he developed strong expertise in litigation and dispute resolution, alongside experience in corporate and advisory matters.
