We are recruiting an experienced Corporate and M&A Lawyer to join our growing practice and play an active role in its development.
You will assist our domestic and international clients, including leading businesses, private capital clients and institutional investors, in different aspects of corporate law matters, including with respect to the following:
You will also work on cross-border matters alongside other foreign leading local or international law firms. Depending on your experience, you will be given a high level of autonomy while benefiting from close partner involvement and support.
