Lawyer for our Insurance Practice (m/f)

Your mission

  • You will provide legal advice and guidelines to clients in the insurance sector;
  • You will assist clients with drafting all kinds of contractual documentation;
  • You will advise clients on regulatory matters;
  • You will carry out legal research and provide legal advice on the full range of legal matters relating to insurance;
  • You will be liaise with clients directly;
  • You will represent clients in insurance-related litigation and dispute resolution matters;
  • You will be involved in drafting legal articles in collaboration with experienced lawyers and will have the opportunity to be a named author and
  • You will maintain accurate case files, notes and reports.

Your profile

  • You have a Master of Laws degree, and ideally have also completed an LLM​;
  • You have attended or are eligible to attend the CCDL (Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois);
  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience in insurance law. Practical experience in the insurance field, especially having worked for an insurance company, will be considered an asset;
  • You have excellent personal communications skills;
  • You have good written communication and drafting skills;
  • You are fluent in French, and proficiency in English is a must. Any additional language skills will be considered as an asset and
  • You are a team player, and you adopt a client oriented approach in your work.
