Legal assistant & AML coordinator

Your mission

Within our Corporate and M&A team, you will assist the partners and lawyers in their day-to-day operations. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Open, organise and maintain files
  • Draft documents and letters using the firm’s templates
  • Organise and attend practice group meetings, draft minutes
  • Organise meetings and business trips
  • Perform submissions to and searches on the Luxembourg Business Register
  • Personal assistance to the Partner
  • Billing and debt recovery
  • Support the lawyers in the KYC and AML procedures: follow-up, data collection, name check

Your profile

Two-year degree in business administration/ secretarial studies or equivalent experience

  • A former experience in a law firm is highly appreciated
  • Excellent command of French and English
  • Detail-oriented and rigorous, you have good analytical skills
  • You are able to multitask and to identify priorities
  • You are well organised and able to work both in teams and autonomously
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office tools
