Career to date

Federico specialises in Corporate & M&A and Banking & Finance and advises local and international clients from various sectors on a broad range of corporate, banking and finance law and regulatory issues from incorporation and local/cross-border mergers, to financial collateral arrangements (also in the context of international debt restructuring transactions).
Between 2007 and 2014, Federico worked as an admitted lawyer in major Italian law firms, where he mostly dealt with Corporate & M&A and Banking & Finance matters.
In the same period, Federico combined such practice with academic research and contributed to various publications on capital markets and company law.
