Augustin has a substantial investment management practice and knowledge of regulatory issues. He represents investment fund managers and financial institutions on legal and regulatory issues relating to fund structuring and the set-up of management companies and alternative investment fund managers. Augustin’s practice has a particular focus on the formation of regulated and unregulated real estate, private equity, debt and infrastructure funds.
