Dans la lignée de la récente réforme menée en matière de congé parental, le projet de loi 7060 portant réforme de certains congés spéciaux, déposé en date du 13 septembre 2016 (le « Projet de Loi »), vise à poursuivre les efforts de modernisation des dispositions légales en la matière.
