Experienced Lawyer (5-7 years) for its IP, IT and Media Department

Your mission

  • Drafting of legal advice, contracts and Court submissions on the full range of intellectual property matters, including copyrights, databases, registered design, trademarks, domain names and unfair competition issues;
  • Cover the area of information technology such as software development and licensing, Internet policies, website creation and maintenance, e-commerce, and data protection issues;
  • Draft legal advice on labelling and marketing requirements, the legal aspects of advertising campaigns and promotional games, and compliance with Luxembourg laws and regulations (business practices, advertising law, unfair competition);
  • Assist the IP, IT and Media team in organising conferences and client events, drafting newsletters and other publications.

Your contact

Your profile

  • University degree in law completed by a master degree in IP-IT;
  • Ideally, admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or to a French Bar;
  • Previous experience in recognised law firms in IP-IT and/or a solid background in IP, IT and Media;
  • Meticulous and used to performing exhaustive legal researches;
  • Personal communication skills;
  • Excellent written communication and drafting skills;
  • Fluent (written and spoken) in both French and English. Proficiency in German is an advantage;
  • Dynamism, team spirit.
