Our Values

Since 1996 we have worked continuously to develop our practice and remain true to our core values.

We have the highest ethical and professional standards and always strive to act as your trusted advisor.

You deal directly with our partners, who ensure everyone at MOLITOR puts you first and goes the extra mile for you,
by understanding your business and objectives and providing diligent and well-thought-through solutions.

We think beyond the immediate issues and always seek to create added value for you.

Our Approach

What makes us different is the way we work with you. Before we start to work we listen to you so as to understand your business, your markets and the competitive challenges you face every day. Then we carefully evaluate the facts and focus on your requirements so that we can provide you with workable, effective solutions to meet and exceed your needs, your expectations and your timelines.

We are big enough to handle important deals and small enough to be responsive and create distinctive value-adding relationships with you. We do everything we can to grow long-lasting business relationships and develop them into a bond of trust. We communicate simply and openly and we are transparent about our work. We respond quickly, we follow up effectively and we keep you up to date on legal developments.

Our lawyers combine extensive knowledge with years of experience. If required, we bring together teams from different practices with different backgrounds and ideas so that we are able to deliver on your unique needs and beyond.

We couple our experience with hard work and strong values to offer a successful legal practice and a culture where business is consistently conducted in an ethical manner. We maintain high quality standards, sound commercial judgement, in-depth analysis and well-thought-through solutions, combined with a passion for innovation and commercial reality. Our lawyers are not just excellent technicians, but also have an entrepreneurial mind-set.

Pro Bono

We see pro bono work as a complementary part of our everyday commercial activity. We are proud to contribute to the development of the local economy and the improvement of the quality of life within our society, by providing free-of-charge legal assistance and supporting charitable causes.

Our pro bono engagements include advice and legal representation to and on behalf of various charity groups, non-profits and other public interest organisations. We support their day-to-day operations by drafting by-laws, statutes and other documents, representing them before the courts, as well as advising on administrative issues and the implementation of measures required by the State.
